Students may schedule fixed classes, for the same time every week.
Cancellations:
If class is cancelled 24 hours in advance, there will be no penalty. You will not lose the class if it is part of a package. However, if you know that you need to cancel a class, we would be grateful if you could cancel as far ahead as possible.
If a class is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the class will be forfeited.
To allow for illness or unexpected emergencies, a class may be cancelled in less than 24 hours, once per calendar month. There will be no penalty.
Lateness:
The teacher will remain in the classroom for the full 25 minutes of class time.
Should the student arrive late, the remaining time will be used to teach.
Absence:
If the student misses a class, it will still be deducted from your package of lessons.
